Can someone tell me whether Chihiro’s version of Ikkitousen Great Guardians is HD (meaning 720) or not? Judging from the file size, I feel that it’s not.. But I may be wrong.

Chihiro’s Ikkitousen Great Guardians is not in 1280 x 720 res, so I guess it’s not HD
