Ok, I’ve been busy this whole day. Doing some stuff. Stuff that you might be interested in. >=D

First, the site’s theme has been updated. It looks the same, works the same. However, those using IE should notice that it (should) works fine now. It still looks ugly, so please oh please just download and install Firefox or Safari if you are able to. (I only tested on XP with Parallels, too lazy to reboot into Vista just to check a page.. Anything less than XP, you’re on your own.)

Second, the background has also been cleaned by kono ore-sama. There were some grey stripes on the previous one, but I doubt anyone besides me noticed and was bothered by it anyway…

Next, upgraded some of the software on the server, nothing big. Hopefully things run a little more smoothly. Carrying on…

Yay, I’ve added polls to the site! Now it’ll be easier for you guys to vote when I ask you which sub is nicer. Here’s one for starters.

Oh, I suppose I forgot to mention that I’ve added back the animes section. XD However! There’s only a select few animes I’ve put up for grabs. Just to test whether the server can handle it. Let’s see how it goes first.

Anime downloads have been taken down for the mean time (donators can still go ahead and access/download the donators section). We’re trying to find out whether the site itself is causing the problem or that the massive downloads are at fault.

The Forum is back up too.

I’m back again! appearing once in a while…

I have updated all the recent donations again. Sorry for the late update to all donors, was really busy the last month. Had projects to do and stuff… Back to the main topic, I have made available to everyone the front page of the archive section. I did this after much requests from people, and it will give people a rough idea bout the donor’s section. Donors if you cannot access the archive section please send me a email at starfi3ld@boontan.net

We’re also looking for people who are interested to write reviews for boontan.net!

Right now we’re working to get the server more stable as we’re still gettting attacks from people making the server unstable..
We took some extreme measures… Now everyone has to login to download, this would reduce serverload by a significant amount.

Hope my spelling is correct XD

Since we upgraded wordpress we encountered problems with the code for the donor’s area. Fear NOT! I have implemented a new code! but unfortunately I think the donor’s databse got screwed up XD. Those donors who cant access the donors section please send me a PM with your paypal account(email address). I will then update the database.

Sorry for the late fix, I have been busy with school and my NEW COMPUTER! Well I’ll try to spend more time on the site since there are alot of stuff that I wanna do, I’ll start after I get leopard running on my PC =P

On another note, We have yet to receive any donations this month :( Please support us by donating.

I have added a new feature that is Avatars. So admins/authors will get a display picture beside their posts/reviews. Another new feature that will soon come out is the picture gallery filled with stuff made by the designers.

We’ve got a total of 77Usd worth of Donations this month + $4 from ads. So its 81USD and the total costs is 210USD. So you can help us by donating or helping with the ads. We really need help with these XD we students cant afford these amount of money especially having 3.5times the exchange rate.
